Elite Job Placement operates as a professional recruitment facilitation and job match counseling agency. We coordinate interviews and screen profiles but do not guarantee final job placements or specific salary allocations.
The profile registration fee is charged for parsing qualifications, compiling database profiles, and coordinating candidate evaluations. It is non-refundable.
The candidate explicitly agrees to pay 15 days of their first month's salary to Elite Job Placement upon successfully securing a job placement through our facilitation partners. Failure to do so will result in registration cancellation and appropriate recovery steps.
Candidates must provide accurate academic credentials, past employment histories, and contact numbers. Submitting fake, altered, or incorrect records will lead to immediate portal disqualification.
We are not liable for subsequent contractual disputes, salary alterations, workplace conditions, or career disagreements that occur between the placed employee and the selected employer organization.
These terms, conditions, obligations, and disputes are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Punjab.
